Pass one petrol station on the left
Turn right onto the B1224 (signposted York)
After 2.5 miles, at the crossroads, turn left onto Rudgate
After one more mile, turn right onto Marston Moor Business Park

Once entering Marston Business Park continue along the main driveway. After the road turns to the right, take the next left. Marston Bathrooms and tiles is immediately in front of you.
